On all accounts? I don't think I'm having an issue here. I'm seeing main posts with reply comments underneath.

Not on all. But my comments aren't seen, apparently. Happens enough it's frustrating. Another Friendica account I have, joined back when, is also that way.
But then I see this on other software too.
